the Author
Dr. Sheila C. Carpenter is a graduate of Cincinnati Bible College and Seminary. She has obtained a doctorate from LaSalle University. Dr. Carpenter has studied in Egypt and has completed missionary work in Japan. She provides psychological counseling services to inner-city youth and adolescents in Cleveland, Ohio. She has worked with the urban gang population, juvenile delinquents, as well as serviced individuals with psychiatric and chemical dependency disorders. Dr. Carpenter serves as a mediator and Rape Counselor. She is currently certified as a hypnotherapist. She lives in the suburban area of Cleveland, Ohio where she continues to serve and counsel a host of individuals whose needs encompass the use of her gifts and talents.
